We are assisting Lockheed Martin's Missile and Fire Control Group in finding Systems Engineers.  We are trying to fill 9 open positions ranging in experience from 4 to 18 years.  Must be US Citizen.

Standard Job Description:  Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effective analyses for total systems.  Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.  Ensure the logical and systematic conversation of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost restraints.  Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Required skills: Candidate familiar with IRAD processes's, EVMS, demonstrate customer interaction and concept development for urban warfare.

Others Position skills: EO system design, optics, SWIR, Lasers and laser illumination.  Strong background in theory and hands-on hardware/lab experience.  Experience in electro optics design & performance analysis, failure cause testing and imagination for advanced optics and sensor concepts and implementation.

Other Position skills: Develop and refine targeting algorithms for Common EO Sensor program.  Refine tracking algorithms that must operate in inertial and local coordinate frames.  Develop requirements based on simulation results.

Salary Ranges:  $94K-$125K (14 years exp.), $94K - $125K (10 years exp.), $64K-$80K (5 years exp.), $79K-$105K (7-9 years exp.)
