Our Company, PCS, Inc. is assisting The Major, International Security/Defense Systems Company 's, Missile and Fire Control Group located in Orlando, Florida in locating and assisting in hiring highly professional and skilled Systems Engineers.  We have been commissioned by this World Class Organization to find interested candidates who are qualified to fill multiple currently available senior positions ranging in experience from Zero (0) years with a Masters degree  to 18 years.  Detailed position descriptions are available upon request. Standard Job Description:  Performs technical planning, systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effective analyses for total systems.  Analyses are performed at all levels of total system products to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.  Ensure the logical and systematic conversation of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost restraints.  Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Required skills: Candidate familiar with IRAD processes', EVMS, demonstrate customer interaction and concept development for urban warfare.

Other Position skills: EO system design, optics, SWIR, Lasers and laser illumination.  Strong background in theory and hands-on hardware/lab experience.  Experience in electro optics design & performance analysis, failure cause testing and imagination for advanced optics and sensor concepts and implementation. Develop and refine targeting algorithms for Common EO Sensor program.  Refine tracking algorithms that must operate in inertial and local coordinate frames.  Develop requirements based on simulation results.

Salary Ranges:  $94K-$125K (10-14 years exp.), $64K-$80K (5 years exp.), $79K-$105K (7-9 years exp.), $51K-$60K, (0-2 years experience with MS degree.)
